Your wallet has a ceiling, which on the ChemWhiz plan is 1,500 neurons, or 12 months of refills. Your own ceiling is shown on the billing page next to your balance, and it can be higher if you hold a larger plan across Neurons apps. A top-up that would carry you past your ceiling is blocked, and it is never partly filled, so spend some neurons first and then buy. And unused neurons roll over only up to that same ceiling: once you are sitting at it, the next refill is skipped rather than banked.

If a graded submission fails, its neurons are restored automatically. If a response goes through but the chemistry looks off, every problem page has a report button; flagged responses are reviewed and real issues are corrected.

ChemWhiz generally does not offer discretionary refunds for subscription payments or neuron packs. Running the platform has real grading, infrastructure, and payment-processing costs, and these purchases cover those costs. This does not limit any refund required by law, and our payment provider may issue refunds under its own buyer terms. Your protections still stand: a failed graded submission restores its neurons automatically, cancelling never erases the neuron balance you already own, and you keep paid access through the end of any period you paid for.
